Tablift Handsfree Tablet Stand Review

tabliftLike most people, I like to use my smartphone and tablet while sitting on the couch, and in bed. Sometimes, I’m so tired that I fall asleep while using one of the devices. There have been instances where the device falls on my head as I’m falling asleep! But it’s definitely an inconvenience when trying to watch a movie on a tablet and having to hold it the whole time. Most tablet cases can double as a tablet stand, but don’t always work that well. The Tablift is a great solution to using your tablet on places like the couch and in bed. The legs are adjustable to any surface, they kind of remind me of the GorrillaPods (adjustable camera tripods). Unlike other tablet stands, it won’t fall over if you shift around in bed or try to type with the tablet. It’s light and portable too, so you don’t have to worry about having to lug around anything too big while you’re using your tablet. The concept is pretty simple too, you simply place your tablet in one of the three slots, depending on what viewing angle you want it at. Then there is an elastic strap that attaches to the tablet to hold it in place. And that’s it! It’s that simple.

Here is another user’s review of the Tablift:

I generally use my iPad while I’m lying down in bed or on the couch. The problem for me was that my iPad is too heavy and big to hold for long periods of time. Several times I’ve accidentally dropped my iPad on my face! So the Tablift was such a breath of fresh air for me! The Tablift legs allow me to position my iPad anywhere I want and provides perfect hands-free viewing. I especially love how you can adjust the legs to go as high or low as you want. It holds my iPad Air perfectly in both landscape and portrait position. Overall, the Tablift is a sturdy, functional and practical piece of equipment that I don’t know how I lived without!
