FLEXR Sports Bottle Review
I used to be pretty bad about consistently cleaning my water bottle. The only time I would take time out of my day is if I noticed a distinct smell coming from my bottle or even worse, visibly saw mold developing on the inside! Bottles in general are just too hard to clean (without the proper equipment). I started to read remedies that suggested combining baking soda and vinegar to help clean your bottles. It seemed to work, but I don’t always have those ingredients on hand.
But it’s definitely important to keep your bottle clean, fortunately FLEXR Sports has a solution that doesn’t require you to wash your bottles ever again! The FLEXR sports bottle utilizes biodegradable liners that you use to store your water within their bottles. Once you’re done, you can just throw the liner away and replace it with a new one.
As you drink from the bottle, the liner collapses. It’s a pretty cool concept and it seems to work pretty well. I have to mention, the liners are rather inexpensive, so when I do run out, I can get another 25 for $2.95. If you’d rather not replace the liners, you also get a little plug that will keep the water from leaking (because there is a small hole on the side of the water bottle, with does allow for you to squeeze out the air). The bottle itself is pretty standard, but is very squeezable, which I like. There’s nothing I hate more than having to use so much force and effort in squeezing a bottle to get the water out.
As an added benefit, 5% of sales for an FLEXR product goes to various charities, which is pretty cool. So if you’re lazy like me and don’t want to bother washing your water bottles, you should consider a FLEXR sports bottle!
