Reducing your sugar intake will reduce the amount of plaque causing bacteria that forms cavities in your mouth. Your teeth will get more vitamin D and calcium if you intake more greens, healthy protein and dairy products. Instead of sipping on soda all day which is horrible for your teeth you can switch to fresh water.

Your skin will be getting antioxidants creating more beautiful, youthful, healthy skin. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be bad and neither does working out. Do exercise that you enjoy. Take a yoga class or do a cardio kickboxing working that won’t bore you. By eating healthy your weight will begin to go down and you will feel even more confident than ever.
