No Sweat Hat & Headwear Liner Review

When I was training for the marathon many years ago and started going on longer runs, besides getting used to running so many miles, I had to deal with sweat getting in my eyes as well. So I did some research and came up with the following post: How to Keep Sweat out of your Eyes while Running. Out of all of the potential solutions, I actually enjoyed using the Sweat GUTR, which is works exactly as it sounds. It is a very thin, plastic headband that diverts your sweat to drop behind your head and free from your eyes. While it may have looked a little odd, it worked perfectly.

But I wasn’t able to use the Sweat GUTR while wearing a running hat, which I needed to help cover my eyes from the sun. While running hats did work to keep sweat out of my eyes, the problem I had was that the hat basically soaked up all of my sweat. I recall on some longer runs, I would actually take my hat off and wring out all of the sweat that had built up, it was pretty gross! But I did learn about this cool product called No Sweat. It is a very thin liner that you can stick on the inside of your hat (hat, visor, helmet or hard hat). It will soak up all of that sweat into the liner and is disposable so you can just throw it away when you’re done. You don’t have to worry about about a sweat soaked hat, or those disgusting sweat stains that you start to notice after too much sweat getting on the hat.
