		<description>good luck!! final countdown :) it is a bit of pressure to gear up for one race, one shot, but in the grand scheme of life - if it&#039;s not your day, it&#039;s not your day. for now though, all positive thoughts for your race!

also, provided nothing is hurting after the race i&#039;m sure you could run the thanksgiving 5k. i mean, you may not pr but you could definitely still run it.</description>
