		<description>woo hoo marathon training has begun :) hope this week is going smoothly. i feel ya on falling asleep at the wheel - while it&#039;s great to be able to sleep through long road-trips it is not great when you have to be the one driving!

i am doing the 100 pushups too... not sure if i will actually &quot;do the program&quot; or just use the workouts to get in some upper-body strengthening. it is better to tell myself to do the defined sets because otherwise i do the bare minimum, if that. (like 3x20). i just want to tone and strengthen my arms/chest/back a little, and pushups are good for that.</description>
