		<description>Kudos to you running 7 days a week. I&#039;m 37 and my body can&#039;t take that much pounding. I do want to let you know that yes, you can train adequately for a 1/2 Marathon (and full) running only 3 days a week. You need to put in a little extra cross training but I&#039;ve found it most successful. Keep up the good work!!!</description>

		<description>seriously? 10 mile run already? that&#039;s awesome! what does your plan have you building up to for the half? jw. i feel like most beginners max out at 10-12 miles for their long run in half-training. i know you aren&#039;t a &#039;true&#039; beginner though since you have a history with xc, just the first time you are really adding on the miles. don&#039;t over do it with all the running, make sure you take a day off here and there!</description>
