		<description>i hate doing a route in reverse for some reason... i know a lot of people say it&#039;s a good way to change it up but it just makes me dread the entire run instead haha. not sure why.

those are some speedy runs! glad you are going to become a real runner with some real distance ;) just kidding, of course. you are tearing up the 5k with speed - i&#039;m interested to see how well you do at longer races! :)</description>
