		<description>Congratulations on a spectacular race time! I&#039;m just is awe of your abilities! I was so glad the weather was perfect that morning, compared to the week before. And you were smart to run your own race rather than stick with the pacer. I was a little surprised to read you wore earbuds. They used to forbid them in that race (and most others) b/c of the USATF ruling, but I guess it&#039;s been relaxed. Sounds like that was part of your magic formula too.</description>
